Visitors and exhibitors agreed that this year’s British Motor Yacht Show was the best yet in terms of boats and atmosphere - with a wide range of motorboats, dayboats and RIBs from many international brands represented by their UK dealers. From jet skis and tenders to 88-foot motor yachts – there was something to suit most boating desires. If you missed the show, here are a few of the highlights…

Arksen’s all-new Adventure Series has been designed to meet the high expectations of accomplished explorers and first-time fanatics. The Arksen 28 and the Arksen 30 were adorned with mountain bikes strapped to their rooves.

The Bluegame BG42 is the entry model of the Bluegame Sport Utility Yachts (SUVs). Redefining traditional boat design, this rebellious yacht combines a walkaround centre console of a speedboat with the comfort of a day cruiser and the agility of a chase boat, all within 13 metres.

Racing out to new destinations is what the elegant  Fairline Squadron 68 is designed for - with the breeze on your face and the horizon all around you on the elevated flybridge. Dine with friends in the single-level saloon, served from the well-equipped galley.

Optima Electric Boats showcased the e10 - an ultra-efficient, low resistance hull which has been designed to significantly reduce energy consumption making the electrification process viable for long passages – a first for vessels of this size. The result is a 100% electric boat that can achieve distance in dramatically increased comfort - a game-changing range of 150 miles at 7 knots.

The all-new Princess X80 is destined for adventure and exploring further afield than ever before. Following the success of the X95, this unique formula has been translated into a smaller package with a ‘super flybridge’ providing 30% more useful interior space onboard than a traditional flybridge yacht of its length.

Sunseekers impressive line-up of six motor yachts included the largest-in-show Sunseeker 88 Yacht. With its impressive exterior lines and a sleek hardtop roof, it has the capacity to accommodate eight guests and four crew in complete luxury and comfort.

The first Wellcraft 355 in the UK made an appearance - designed to push the limits out past the horizon where the water is deep and adventure begins.

Scandinavian luxury boat manufacturer Windy was represented by Saltwater Solutions, the UK’s new Windy dealer showcasing the striking Windy 32 Grand Zonda RS – the upgraded luxury version of the successful Windy 32 Grand Zonda.

Alongside the boats on display, visitors enjoyed seeing luxury cars from Rybrook Automotive, luxury jewellery & watches from Laings, product demos and advice from Raymarine and advice from DMS marine stabilisation.
